We charge no extra fees for hard to hear recordings, strong accents or background noise. Our prices are fixed and there are no hidden extras.

Payment Options

We only invoice you once the work is complete. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Stripe, bank transfer and cheque.

We hold Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. We are GDPR accredited (IASME) and we are BPSS and DBS checked. We have UK based GDPR compliant SSL secure servers for uploading files.

10% Profits to Charity

10% of our profits are donated to the Ten Percent Foundation, a charitable trust registered in the UK. Since 2000 over £100,000 has been donated to projects in Africa and the UK.
